who we are

Susan Cragg
Hello, my name is Susan and have taught high school Social Studies for 17 years at a research and development charter school in Tallahassee, Florida. My main area of concentration is United States History. My teaching methodology is to incorporate student-centered learning with hands-on activities and engaging participation through interactive notebooks. My goal is to create a classroom environment that welcomes every student and highlights their strengths while improving their weaknesses.

Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a graduate certificate in Instructional Design from Florida State University.
Tia Harold
Greetings, my name is Tia Harold, a current 5th-grade mathematics teacher hailing from the South Florida area. In the Spring of 2020, I graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education K-6.
Currently, to maintain my reign as a “forever student” I am pursuing a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) and teaching a second language at Florida State University. Education is a personal passion that I plan to extend to those who see language as a barrier as well as focusing on improving issues within urban education that affect marginalized communities of students.
